Product defects policy

Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 15 days of receipt of your order.

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damages must be reported to3HT within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Our orders are double checked before shipping, however on occasion errors will occur. Should you receive your order and find something missing, first make sure to check in the packing material! Many times smaller items get missed when unpacking the order. Please also verify the possibility that you received the wrong item instead. Once you have followed these steps, report it to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will take care of you!
